Eywa is a residential development on Dubai Water Canal in Business Bay. It’s the debut project by R.evolution, a boutique real estate developer from Europe. Among residences on offer in Eywa are 48 2–5 bedroom apartments and two penthouses.

Total areas of the units range from 3,064 sq. ft to 16,256 sq. ft. As the G+3P+19-storey project is inspired by the Tree of Life, all residences will show a strong connection to natural elements, including stone and engineered wood flooring.
