The Lakeshore

The Sanctuary, developed by Ellington Properties, is an esteemed master community situated in District 11 of Mohammed Bin Rashid City. Expected to be finalized in the second quarter of 2026, it is the first project of its kind by the renowned boutique developer.

The initial cluster within The Sanctuary, called The Waterside, was introduced in the first quarter of 2023. It offers a limited selection of stunning 4–6 bedroom villas, boasting plot areas ranging from 8,288 sq. ft to 14,383 sq. ft.

The latest addition to The Sanctuary is The Lakeshore, which was launched in the third quarter of 2023. This cluster offers 4-5 bedroom villas with elevators and high-end finishes.
